This printed form is used to add a second major, change your major, change your concentration or change catalog years. It will require multiple signatures and then must be taken to the Registrar.

GRADUATION PETITION

This printed form must be filled out by the time you have 88 completed units, approved by the PR Department, and submitted to the Registrar. There are three different versions:

2017 and earlier catalogs

2018 – 2019 and future catalogs

2018 – 2019 and future catalogs (Torrey)
